Prudential Buildings Refurbishment

Oakwoods completed the refurbishment of the reception and communal areas at the prestigious office building location in Wine Street, Bristol.

The works comprised of a complete remodel of the reception area including structural alterations and recommissioning of a redundant set of external entrance doors leading to new lobby area, installation of security entrance screen and forming a new waiting area. The main staircases feeding the six number upper floors were fully refurbished along with all office lift lobby areas using bespoke feature panelling and new toilet areas to each floor.
The basement area had the largest transformation with void and redundant areas turned into new bespoke cycle storage with changing, drying and shower rooms facilities formed. This has given a safe and modern solution to the growing number of staff cycling to their place of work.
