Astor House - Refurbishment

Astor House is a sea-view student accommodation situated on Notte Street in Plymouth

Oakwoods completed a refurbishment of the Common Room and Sky Lounge at Astor House Plymouth Student Accommodation.

Astor House is a High Quality Private Halls of Residences for students studying within the Plymouth area. 

The works involved in this project include the reconfiguration of space within both areas by installing new partition walls, ceiling works and installation of new kitchen area.

Complete new flooring and decorations throughout including the installation of wall graphics.

The purchasing and positioning of new furniture in coordination with electrical works including the installation of a new TV cinema room and lighting.
