Lululemon - Refurbishment

Lululemon Athletica is an American Canadian athletic apparel retailer, specialising in yoga wear, athletic wear, lifestyle apparel, accessories, and personal care products.

Oakwoods completed the refurbishment works of Lululemon at North Street, Brighton.

The works included the installation of new walls and wall systems to form new front of house areas and changing rooms. New ceilings and bulkhead. Alterations/upgrade of the existing basement and office area, storage and refurbished welfare facilities with new under-sink heater.

We also carried out alterations to the electrical distribution for lighting and power with upgrades as necessary. New/serviced air conditioning and heating systems. New life safety and alarm systems. Shopfront. Signage. New flooring and floor finishes plus new joinery items and cash desk. The unit was re-decorated throughout to the agreed design standard. The existing welfare facilities to the Basement were also upgraded.
