Shake Shack - Fit-out

Shake Shack is an American fast-casual restaurant chain, a modern-day version of a roadside burger stand serving delicious burgers, chicken, hot dogs, shakes, frozen custard, beer, wine & more.
Oakwoods were appointed as the main contractor for another Shake Shack restaurant. This was Shake Shack's 4th London restaurant opening in busy Leicester Square.
The existing restaurant required a full strip-out of the ground floor, basement and 1st floor, bringing them back to building structure.
The existing staircase and opening where removed and a re-positioned staircase was installed on the ground floor servicing the 1st floor.
Once this was complete the new kitchen, preparation area and dining areas were formed with the use of reclaimed timber and tiles. Then the formation of the iconic Shack servery counter.
Oakwoods managed the installation of all Mechanical, Electrical and Kitchen.
The project was handed over on-time and opened with great success.
