Oakwoods completed the refurbishment of an existing trading unit within the Meadowhall Centre to form a new Fraser Hart Store.

After an Initial strip out of the previous tenants furniture, fixtures and fittings, the removal of the wall linings, stud walls, false boxings, ceilings, floor coverings and the removal of the existing shopfront, glazing and associated sashwork, stallrisers, bulkheads, window bed soffits and ceiling to these areas. Making good in preparation for:-

New and complete shopfront with doors, displays lighting and ramped access & roller shutter, new internal ceilings, walls, wall systems, new internal branded display units, new floor & floor finishes. Alterations to the existing electrical distribution for lighting & small power, new HVAC system, Internally the unit was re-decorated/branded with new furniture, tables and seating plus all other items of joinery and other services as per the Fraser Hart design intent.

The existing life safety systems and welfare facilities were also retained and upgraded.

Completed in 9 weeks.
