Clarks Village is an outlet shopping village in Street, Somerset. It was established in 1993 on the site of old C&J Clark factory buildings.

Oakwoods completed another high quality full refurbishment of the Grange Toilets located at the Iconic Clark's Village Retail Outlet in Street, Somerset.

The works included the Removal of old toilet areas, Removal of old services, Installation of New Services including Electrical, Plumbing and Ventilation, Installation of Partition Walls, Ceilings and Wall/Floor Finishes, Installation of new Toilet items including Joinery items, Plumbing items and finishes.
